Sponsorship Guidelines

Sponsorship Guidelines

To ensure the integrity of the CTFS Project, the Project will:

a) Not enter into sponsorship arrangements with inappropriate individuals and organisations as determined by the Steering Committee.

b) Not enter into sponsorship arrangements where there may be a conflict of interest that compromises the way CTFS staff perform their duties, or gives the perception of compromise.

c) Not enter into sponsorship arrangements where there may be considered to be a real or implied endorsement of a commercial product or service.

d) Enter into agreements with sponsors to ensure that the corporate goals of sponsors and the CTFS are clearly understood and met.

e) Be centrally coordinated to avoid repeated requests by any one organisation. A coordinated approach by an organisation ensures that the CTFS and the organisation have a clear understanding of an agreement.

f) Receive appropriate approval from the Computer Technologies for Schools project Steering Committee. All proposals for sponsorship will be subject to the approval of the Steering Committee. The Steering Committee will ensure that sponsorship arrangements enhance the outcomes of the project and do not interfere with other sponsorship agreements.
