The Macquarie Foundation has generously donated $100,000 to purchase ICT equipment for schools in New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania. The New South Wales and Tasmanian Committees have used the funds to purchase refurbished laptop computers, provided at a special price by Reboot PC Logistics, and they will be used in handicapped and special education classes. The Victorian Committee has utilised the funds to reduce the waiting lists for desktop computers.
The CTFS Project Steering Committee is very appreciative of this untied donation.
